CEO / Owner
Mark began his professional career in law enforcement in 1981. He received specialized training in major organized crimes and was assigned to the Anti-Terrorist Task Force for four years, he retired in 1993. After leaving law enforcement, he received the designation of Certified Fraud Examiner from the Organization of Certified Fraud Examiners, as well as Insurance and Internal Theft related certificates. He subsequently became the SIU Manager for a National based insurance company.
In 1992, Mark founded Safety Investigative Services (SIS) and provided Investigative and Fraud Prevention services to numerous Fortune 500 Insurance Companies nationwide. The company grew and diversified, adding Pre-Employment and Security Services in 2004 and was subsequently re-named as FPK Security.
Steve began his professional career in law enforcement in 1989. He worked numerous investigative and operational assignments during his tenure in law enforcement. After leaving law enforcement, Steve joined FPK Security as a Customer Service Manager and has worked his way up through the company.
Steve is a member of several organizations focusing on Fraud Investigations and Subrogation Investigations. Steve now serves full time as President of FPK Security & Investigations overseeing the daily operation of over 200 full and part time Security Officers in 9 western states.
Asst Vice President/Director of Transportation Security
Mike joined FPK Security in 2007 and is a security professional specializing in K-9 handling and searches. Mike currently oversees security operations throughout California, Washington, Oregon and Colorado. In addition to the above territories, Mike directly supervises over 40 security accounts in the Santa Clarita Valley area.
Mike is an avid high school football coach and is an active member throughout his community.
Santa Clarita Association Manager
Since his two years with FPK, Trevor has recently been promoted to the Santa Clarita Valley Association Manager. Trevor’s education and experience helped with acquiring knowledge in operational management, supervising team members, as well as directly and indirectly working with customers.
In college, Trevor was a four-year letterman and a three-year starting cornerback for the University of Nebraska-Omaha. This responsibility helped him develop the skills to perform well under pressure, stay focused, always willing to learn, and maintain motivation to ensure that performance will always meet the highest level of expectations and standards. Trevor is a team player who works well with others as well as independently!
Director of Association Security
Carlos joined FPK Security & Investigations in 2010 and currently serves as Director of FPK’s Association Security Operations. Prior to his appointment as Association Security Director, Carlos served as FPK Security & Investigations Account Manager in the San Fernando Valley as well as our West Los Angeles operation.
Carlos is bilingual and directly supervises over 45 security accounts in the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles areas.
Christina Kelly was originally hired in 2000 when FPK Security was known as Safety Investigative Services. She began her career as an Administrative Assistant and is currently the Office Manager. Christina has witnessed first hand all the hard work and dedication each staff member has contributed to make FPK what it is today.
Christina is a proud band mom and enjoys spending as much time with her family as possible.

Denielle Wood has been with FPK Security & Investigations since the early 2000’s and currently runs the Human Resource Department.
Denielle Wood has grown up in the Santa Clarita Valley. She has raised her family there and is very active within her community. Denielle is passionate about her job and is very good in working closely with our security officers.
Denielle loves spending time with friends and family and loves to be outdoors as often as possible.
Background & Investigations
Selena was born and raised in Santa Clarita Valley. She loves animals and has 4 dogs and 2 cats. In Selena’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her two nieces, bowling and watching movies.
Social Media Strategist
Casey is from Los Angeles and has been working in social media for 5 years with experience in the beauty and fashion industry.
Casey graduated from Cal State University Northridge with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Public Relations in 2015.
